In order to       provide better after sale service, we introduce some resolution of Frequency Question, convenient       for your operation.

   The War III FQ:
          1.  The whole machine can not connect: First please check connect signal is loosen or not & insert in right
              way;
          2.  Can not key-in/out: Please check connector between key-in/out board and sub station, whether had +5V,
              +12V voltage.
          3.  Board no image: Please check pin or other component loosen or not
          4.  DVD no image: Please check DVD under working, and make sure disk is not broken.
          5.  Middle LED and lamp no display: please check power and lamp is in normal.
          6.  Do not print: Please check print machine is under working, check the print board is in normal.

    Installation Operation:
        Before installation please check the instruction of machine and connector, after installation, please be sure
    insert in right position, then power on, to avoid board broken. After whole checking and all in normal, print and
    confirm account is exact.

   Lucky star, Fruit feast, Cartoon word FQ:
         1.   Main station can connect with VCD, whole machine can’t start to work.
          2.  While installation, pay much attention to connector between sub station, running light, big bonus and
              main board, if any sub station error, it will let whole machine can not work
          3.  Times display 1111,1111 as first sub station error, LED shall display first sub station error, please
              check whether had +5V, +12V voltage output, pin connector bad.
          4.  Reel error: power off then power on again test three reel is in normal, check DC +5V and AC 4V voltage,
              please check reel board.       
          5.  Print error: press print key, big bonus show 999999, but print no reaction, first, please power off the
              print then power on to check the automatic testing is in normal, if it is working, it means do not broken;               second, please check print board is normal or not; Third, if print words blurry, please check ink cartridge.
          6.  Sub station error: sub station often start again, mainly due to +5V, +12V voltage lower, please let then
              in normal.
